Gonums services operate on a submission-based billing model. Charges are applied for each message or API request processed, regardless of delivery status.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of policies, misuse, or non-compliance with regulations (such as DLT), no refund will be provided.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
