1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Gonums are non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account wallet, they cannot be withdrawn back to your bank account.

2. Usage-Based Charging

Gonums services operate on a submission-based billing model. Charges are applied for each message or API request processed, regardless of delivery status.

3. Account Suspension / Blocking

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of policies, misuse, or non-compliance with regulations (such as DLT), no refund will be provided.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

5. Refund Processing (if approved)

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All payments are subject to applicable GST and government taxes. Taxes are non-refundable.
